Hello!  Best Apple Company is a small five acre farm in Nipomo California on which we grow sweet, red, Fuji apple trees and bake delicious breads and cookies. In addition, we organically grow a variety of fruits and vegetables to sell at the farmers markets.  We use no pesticides, as our three hundred free range chickens take care of the bugs, (in addition to serving as our early morning wake-up service.) We have White Leghorns, Rhode Island Reds, and Aracaunas. They roam the farm during the day, grazing on weeds and bugs, keeping the orchard cropped and fertilized while also munching on barley grass, and fruit and veggie scraps from our friends at the farmers market. The chickens then return to their coops by sunset to roost and stay safe from night predators.  We collect their eggs to sell at farmer's markets: you can't get any fresher!  We also have a health department certified kitchen on site, producing all of our jams, jellies and baked goods: it's a family operation, and it's hard work, but it's worth it!

Our Jalapeno Cheese Bread is just the right amount of heat. Our Rosemary Garlic round loaf smells divine and is great for dipping in olive oil!  We've won first place ribbons more than once at the Santa Barbara County Fair for our Chipotle Peach Jam, Mango Peach Jalapeno Jam, Strawberry Jalapeno Jam, and the Strawberry Margarita Jelly. Don't forget about our giant cookies like Toffee Pecan Chocolate Chip or Snickerdoodle! Oatmeal Chocolate Chip is our favorite but we have seven to choose from so you are bound to find your favorite!
